In 1996, after completing studies in pure sciences and working in the construction industry, Martin Gratton spent a year working for a landscape contractor. He immediately fell in love with the profession and decided to launch his own landscaping business as an artisan. Over the years, he enriched his expertise through continued training and professional development. In 2010, the company became incorporated and officially transitioned into a family business. His partner, Chantal Richer, who holds a university degree in social sciences, joined the company to oversee management and labor relations. With her support, Ô Naturel built a solid organizational structure, allowing the business to grow and earn a distinguished place in the industry.
