Description

This project aimed to enhance a unique plot of land with a steep slope, while preserving the breathtaking view of the river. On this untouched site surrounding a new home, a young family wanted to incorporate a swimming pool and create a functional, visually appealing backyard suited to their lifestyle. The Futura pool naturally stood out as the ideal choice to follow the terrain’s slope, while a shaded area was designed for relaxation at any time of day.

At the front, the layout favors simple and efficient access, but it is in the back that the heart of the project comes to life, meeting the family’s specific needs: comfort, conviviality, and respect for the landscape.

Goals and Challenges

  • Effectively manage the steep slope of the terrain by creating multiple structured levels, while preserving the river view and maintaining harmony with the landscape.
  • Precisely integrate the pool and the series of Raffinato wall steps, requiring rigorous level control, geogrid reinforcement, and substantial backfill to ensure the stability of the entire structure.

Really satisfied with the work done at my home. The crew worked very hard to complete everything on time. My yard looks amazing. Vincent and Maxime were always available and easy to reach. I highly recommend them!
