Description
This high-end landscaping project stands out for its balance of elegance and functionality. In the backyard, a surface of Unilock’s Crystal Gray granite pavers is enhanced by landscape lighting, a heated pavilion, fire bowls, a gas fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen by Station Grill.
The main entrance was redesigned to highlight the home's architecture, using noble materials like St-Marc natural stone and granite, all centered around a monumental vase.
A multigenerational pool completes the space, featuring built-in benches, jets, a waterfall, and an integrated spa—creating a relaxing area suited for the entire family.
Goals and Challenges
- Efficient subcontractor coordination: Martin’s role as project manager was essential to ensure the work progressed smoothly according to the established plan.
- Phased project: After completing the backyard, the clients, pleased with the results, entrusted the team with the design and execution of the front yard the following season.
- Slope management: A rock garden was installed to reduce the terrain's slope, combining both functionality and aesthetics.
- Specialized work: Modifications to the wall on the right side of the house required the expertise of masonry professionals.
